To stop using only the paid plan, change to the Free plan. If you no longer want to use RuffRuff Product & Blog Tags, uninstall the app from Shopify admin.
To cancel a paid plan while retaining the app and its settings, change to the Free plan on the Plans page. Paid-plan features will no longer be available after the change.
(1) Open the Plans page
From Shopify admin, go to Apps → RuffRuff Product & Blog Tags and open "Plans."
(2) Select the Free plan
Select the Free plan and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the change.
If you no longer want to use RuffRuff Product & Blog Tags, uninstall it from Shopify admin. Uninstalling the app also cancels its paid plan.
Note: Uninstalling the app disables all tag list features and deletes this app's settings data.
(1) Open Apps and sales channels
From Shopify admin, go to Settings → Apps and sales channels.
(2) Uninstall RuffRuff Product & Blog Tags
In the app list, select "Uninstall" for "RuffRuff Product & Blog Tags" and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm.
Note: You may still be charged the app fee for the current billing cycle after uninstalling the app. Check the billing details in Shopify admin.
