1. Check that you saved your settings
After making changes to the app block settings, confirm that you clicked the "Save" button in the top right corner of the theme editor. Changes will be discarded if not saved.
2. Check that you saved your settings page changes
If you made changes on the settings page, make sure you clicked the "Save" button of the page.
3. Clear your browser cache
After saving your settings, clear your browser cache and reload the page. A hard refresh (Cmd+Shift+R on Mac / Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows) or opening the page in a private (incognito) window can also help.
4. Check the priority between app block settings and settings page settings (Regular Plan only)
App block settings take priority over the settings page. If outdated settings remain in the app block, changes made on the settings page may not be reflected.
