1. Check that your theme supports Online Store 2.0
Open the theme editor and check whether an "App blocks" section appears in the left sidebar. If it does not appear, your theme may not support Online Store 2.0.
2. Check that you are on a supported template
This app supports only the following four templates: Blog posts, Blogs, Products, and Collections. The app block cannot be added to any other template types.
