If a tag list does not appear, check the app status, app block, product or blog post tags, and theme in that order. A tag list does not appear on a page when there are no applicable tags.
Open the RuffRuff Product & Blog Tags home page and check the app status. If "Enable app" appears, select it to enable the app.
From Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Themes → Customize and open the template for the page. Confirm that the template contains a "Tag List" app block.
If the app block does not appear as an option, see "App Block Not Showing."
Check the eye icon for the "Tag List" app block in the theme editor. If the eye icon is disabled, the tag list does not appear in the online store.
The tag list displays tags assigned to the applicable product or blog post. In Shopify admin, confirm that at least one tag is assigned to the content you want to display.
A product page displays tags assigned to that product.
A collection page displays tags assigned to products in that collection.
A blog post page displays tags assigned to that post.
A blog page displays tags assigned to posts in that blog.
RuffRuff Product & Blog Tags supports Online Store 2.0 themes. App blocks cannot be added to Online Store 1.0 themes.
App block placement is saved separately for each theme. If you change themes, add the app block to the applicable template in the new theme.
