1. Check that the app has been added to your theme
Open the theme editor and confirm that an app block has been added to the template for the target page.
2. Check that the app block added to your theme is visible
In the theme editor, check that the eye icon next to the "Tag list" app is not greyed out.
3. Check that the app is enabled
On the app's home screen, confirm that the app is enabled. If you see an "Enable app" button, click it to enable the app.
4. Check that tags have been added to your products or articles
The tag list will not display on pages where no tags have been added. Go to your Shopify Admin and add tags to your products or articles.
5. Check that your theme supports Online Store 2.0
This app requires an Online Store 2.0 compatible theme. The app block cannot be used with themes that do not support Online Store 2.0.
