Tag lists can be added to product, collection, blog, and blog post templates. An Online Store 2.0 theme is required. They cannot be added to the home page, landing pages, search results, or the search bar.

No. The app uses Shopify app blocks, so it does not add files to the theme or modify existing code.

No. App block placement does not carry over when you switch themes. Add the Tag List app block to the new theme. If you duplicate a theme, its app block placement is duplicated as well.

Check the app block placement, tags assigned to products or blog posts, and theme compatibility.

No. A sticky (follow-the-screen) tag list is not supported.

There is no dedicated toggle. Create a template for the blog you want to show, and add the app block only to that template.

Yes. On the Regular plan, use "Initial number of tags displayed" to set how many tags appear when the page first loads. You can use it on product, collection, blog, and blog post pages.

The Show all button does not appear when the actual number of tags is less than or equal to the initial display count. Confirm that the number of tags exceeds the configured value.

Can I configure the tag selection mode on product and blog post pages?

No. On product and blog post pages, selecting a tag opens the applicable filtered page. Single and multiple selection are available on collection and blog pages.

Yes. Use "Exclude tags" with Exact match, Starts with, Ends with, or Contains to specify tags that should not appear.

Yes. On the Light plan and higher, use "Priority tags" to move selected tags to the beginning and control their order.

Yes. Combine the Regular plan with Shopify Translate & Adapt to switch displayed tags according to the language selected in the store. Automatic translation of tag names is not supported.

No. There is no way to rename a displayed tag or strip characters from the beginning of the name.

There is no dedicated split-by-type feature. On the Regular plan, you can use more than one app block and change which tags appear with excluded tags or priority tags.

No. A tag list on a blog page uses tags from the posts shown on that page. There is no setting to limit tags to one specific blog.

No. The theme's filter is outside the scope of this app. Check the theme settings.

Multiple selection on collection and blog pages uses AND. If no product or post has every selected tag, the result is empty. OR conditions are not supported.

No. There is no way to return to the tag list position after filtering.

Yes. Use the Regular-plan app block to configure the design separately for each theme template.

Regular-plan app block settings take priority over shared settings on the Customization page.

Check whether you saved the page where the change was made, the setting priority, and the theme and template currently displayed.

Yes. When the Light or Regular plan is active, "RuffRuff Apps by Tsun" is hidden automatically. No configuration is required.

On the Plans page, confirm that the Light or Regular plan is active. Then reload the online store page where the branding appears.

If the branding remains while the Light or Regular plan is active, contact us through the contact form.

The in-app language follows the Shopify account language. To display Japanese, check the language of the Shopify account you are signed in with.

Each store can use the free trial once. It is available for the Light and Regular plans.

No. Uninstalling the app disables its features and deletes this app's settings data.

The plan has not changed. The message promotes paid-plan features. Check the active plan on the Plans page.

No. This app displays tags already assigned to products or blog posts. Add tags from the product or blog post in Shopify admin.

No. Online Store 1.0 themes are not supported. Use an Online Store 2.0 theme.
